Mutton Or Lamb Casserole

Ingredients
  Lean lamb/Mutton without bone 1 Pound
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Stock 1⁄8 Pint
  Seasoned flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider 1⁄8 Pint
  Butter/Margarine 1 Ounce
  Worcester sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped onion 1 Small
  Chopped garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut the meat in small pieces and coat it with seasoned flour.
Heat the butter or margarine and fry the meat until brown.
Remove meat to a casserole and add the onion, garlic and parsley.
Add stock, cider and sauce to the frying pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over the meat, cover and cook gently until the meat is tender.
Taste the sauce for seasoning.
