Mushroom Rice Casserole
|Diced cooked meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/4 Uncooked)|
|Buttered bread crumbs/Crumbled cereal flakes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine rice and meat, and turn into a greased baking dish.
Pour over the mushroom soup which has been beaten smooth.
Top with buttered bread crumbs or crumbled cereal flakes.
Brown in hot oven, 400° F., about 30 minutes.
