Savory Pork Casserole
|Button mushrooms||225 Gram|
|Chicken stock||150 Milliliter|
|Cooking oil||30 Milliliter|
|Dried sage||5 Milliliter|
|Green pepper||1 , deseeded and chopped|
|Lean pork||700 Gram, cut into cubes|
|Onions||2 Large, sliced|
|Tomato puree||60 Milliliter|
|Tomatoes||4 Large, skinned and sliced|
|White wine||300 Milliliter|
In a large pan, heat the oil and fry the pork until lightly browned.
Add the onions.
Stir in the flour and add the wine, stock and tomato puree.
Add the green peppers and mushrooms.
Bring to the boil, season to taste and add sage and tomatoes.
Transfer to Slow cooker.
Cook for the recommended time.
