Zucchini Casserole With Sour Cream
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||3 , cooked and crumbled|
|Shredded sharp cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced zucchini||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Cook bacon between layers of paper toweling in Radarange oven 3 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Put rinsed zucchini in 1 1/2 quart casserole with water.
Cover; cook in oven 7 minutes, drain.
Mix egg, cream, flour, and cheese.
Stir into zucchini.
Cook 3 minutes; stir.
Crumble bacon and add to bread crumbs; sprinkle on vegetable.
Cook 2 minutes more.
