Microwaved Bean Casserole
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dark molasses||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned lima beans||17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned red kidney beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pork and beans||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
In 3-quart casserole, place ground beef.
Microwave at high (10) 6 to 7 minutes, until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add catsup, dry mustard, vinegar, molasses, onion, lima beans, kidney beans, pork and beans, tomato sauce, salt and hot sauce.
Microwave at medium high (7) 15 to 18 minutes; stir after 8 minutes.

Preheat oven to 300°F.
Cook on Combination Code 3,15 to 20 minutes.
TO COOK BY CONVECTION: Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
