Macaroni And Sausage Casserole
|Cooked macaroni||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Small link pork sausages||1 Pound|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cook and drain 1 cup macaroni. (Macaroni will double in quantity when cooked.) Fry sausages until brown.
Cut about half of the sausages into little pieces about one half inch long.
Melt the butter, add flour and salt and pepper, blend and gradually add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Mix cut up sausages and macaroni together in a greased casserole.
Add white sauce and top with whole pork sausages.
Bake at 350 degrees for twenty minutes.
