Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄8 Pound
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and deveined
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (White/Brown)
  Whipped cream/Undiluted evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded american cheese/Mild cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute mushrooms slowly in butter for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Mix mushrooms, shrimp, and rice.
Combine cream, catsup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and onion juice; add to first mixture, mix lightly but well.
Turn into a greased casserole, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a 350° oven about 45 minutes.
