|Cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (White/Brown)|
|Whipped cream/Undiluted evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded american cheese/Mild cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute mushrooms slowly in butter for about 10 minutes, or until tender.
Mix mushrooms, shrimp, and rice.
Combine cream, catsup, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and onion juice; add to first mixture, mix lightly but well.
Turn into a greased casserole, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a 350° oven about 45 minutes.
