Beef And Rice Casserole
|Lean ground beef||1⁄2 Pound|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Brown rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw)|
|Beef bouillon||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Seasoning||To Taste (Without Salt)|
1. Brown and drain meat.
2. Add vegetables and rice. Cook until rice is golden brown.
3. Add beef bouillon, Tabasco sauce, and seasoning. Heat to boiling. Stir well.
4. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350Â° for 50 minutes.
