Liver Casserole has a luscious taste. If you like red meat livers cooked with vegetable and flavored with seasoning then try out Liver Casserole recipe.
|Butter/Margarine||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped or grated|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||10 Ounce (1 Packet)|
Cut liver into fingers and coat with seasoned flour.
Fry in hot butter with the onion for 2 minutes on either side.
Add liquid and seasoning.
Bring to boil and cook until thickened.
Add frozen vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
