Liver Casserole

Liver Casserole has a luscious taste. If you like red meat livers cooked with vegetable and flavored with seasoning then try out Liver Casserole recipe.
Ingredients
  Calves/Lambs 12 Ounce
  Liver 1
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Flour 1 Ounce
  Onion 1 Small, chopped or grated
  Frozen mixed vegetables 10 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Stock/Water 1⁄2 Pint
  Seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut liver into fingers and coat with seasoned flour.
Fry in hot butter with the onion for 2 minutes on either side.
Add liquid and seasoning.
Bring to boil and cook until thickened.
Add frozen vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
