Hamburger Cabbage Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
Brown in hot oil in skillet.
Coarsely shred as much cabbage as you can put in a casserole (cabbage shrinks a great deal when it cooks).
Alternate layers of meat and cabbage in casserole dish until dish is full.
Pour 1 can undiluted tomato soup over top.
Soup runs down through cabbage and meat as it heats.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 325°.
