Basic Lamb Casserole

Ingredients
  Boneless lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
  Onions 2 , cut in eighths
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Instant beef or chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine lamb and onions in 2-quart casserole.
Stir in flour to coat meat.
Add water, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir.
Reduce setting.
MICROWAVE 25 to 30 MINUTES on 6 or until meat is fork tender.
For ovens without solid state heat control, during second cooking period, MICROWAVE 30 to36 MINUTES on '5'.
