Round Steak And Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
  Beef round steak 2 Pound, frozen
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place frozen round steak in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover tightly.
MICROWAVE 15 MINUTES on '5'.
Drain liquid.
Turn meat over.
Add tomato sauce and mushrooms.
Spread over meat.
Cover tightly.
MICROWAVE 20 to 25 MINUTES on '5', or until fork tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let stand 5 minutes, tightly covered.
