Macaroni And Frankfurter Casserole
|Elbow macaroni||7 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Sharp cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
|Evaporated milk||16 Ounce (1 Tall Can)|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
Place cooked macaroni in 2 to 2 1/2 quart casserole.
Mix together, cheese, milk, onion, and pepper; stir into macaroni.
Slice each frankfurter crosswise into 1" pieces; add to macaroni mixture.
Cover with additional cheese and bake for 6 minutes.
