Liver In Casserole

Ingredients
  Lamb liver 1 Pound
  Red wine/Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 , sliced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut liver into 1 1/2 inch squares.
Marinate meat in the wine or wine vinegar for 1 hour.
In a casserole saute onions in olive oil until lightly browned.
Dredge meat with flour, add to onions, and brown.
Add marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix tomato paste and water and add to casserole.
Sprinkle with oregano, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
