This Liver Casserole makes a sumptuous meal by itself. You can also team it up with pasta dishes. Try out this Liver Casserole and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked in 2 cups water until soft
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Cooking Rice)
  Beef liver 1 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Raisins/Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Quart
  Onion 1⁄4
  Pepper To Taste
  Allspice 1 Dash
Directions

Scald liver in boiling water and put through food chopper.
Combine with rest of ingredients.
Bake in hot oven 1 hour.
