|Rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked in 2 cups water until soft|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Cooking Rice)|
|Beef liver||1 Pound|
Scald liver in boiling water and put through food chopper.
Combine with rest of ingredients.
Bake in hot oven 1 hour.
