Farmer's Breakfast Casserole
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into strips|
|Frozen french fries||9 Ounce|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
Cook onion and pepper in oil; add ham and potatoes.
Cook until potatoes are tender.
Combine eggs, water and salt.
Pour over ham mixture.
Bake at 350° until eggs are set.
Cover with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese melts
