Ingredients
  Cooked cubed pork roast 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Macaroni 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked lima beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Brown cubed cooked pork in shortening in a large skillet. Add celery and onion and cook over low heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water, following package directions; drain. Add to pork mixture along with remaining ingredients.
3. Transfer to greased baking dish.
4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
