Pork, Macaroni, And Vegetable Casserole
|Cooked cubed pork roast||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Macaroni||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked lima beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Brown cubed cooked pork in shortening in a large skillet. Add celery and onion and cook over low heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water, following package directions; drain. Add to pork mixture along with remaining ingredients.
3. Transfer to greased baking dish.
4. Cover and bake at 350Â°F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
