|Canned tuna packed in oil||7 Ounce|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 Pound|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
1. Empty tuna with its oil into a bowl. Separate tuna into chunks. Add cottage cheese, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, and beaten eggs; mix well. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
2. Mix remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole mixture.
3. Bake at 350Â°F about 30 minutes, or until set.
