Bittersweet Lamb Casserole

Ingredients
  Loin/Shoulder lamb chops 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Canned orange juice 8 Ounce
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 4
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Cooked rice/Cooked noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Brown chops in hot oil.
Put into casserole with 1 cup water and vinegar.
Cover; cook 1 hour.
Put orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and flavorings into small pan; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
When meat has cooked 1 hour, stir in orange-juice mixture; cook another hour.
