Turkey And Broccoli Casserole
|Frozen broccoli||20 Ounce, cooked (2 Packages)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Turkey broth/Consomme||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Coarsely diced cooked turkey/Chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Arrange broccoli in greased shallow casserole dish.
Melt butter; stir in flour.
Add broth, milk, and wine.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and smooth.
Cook and stir 2 or 3 minutes.
Season to taste.
Lay turkey over broccoli in baking dish.
Cover with wine-cream sauce.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Bake at 400 °F about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
