Breakfast Casserole.

Milk | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded (you can use mexican cheese blend, mozzarella, cheddar, or monterey jack) | |

Cooked chopped vegetables | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (broccoli, corn, bell peppers, onions or anything you have leftover from last night’s dinner) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cheese, salt and whisk well until combined.
Soak bread in prepared mixture and stir until combined.
Add bacon, vegetables and pour into greased baking pan.
Pop into oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
