Chicken And Rice Casserole

A super easy and delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole. This would make a great dinner with a green salad and vegetable.
Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Arborio or regular white rice)
  Boneless skinless chicken breasts 2
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 package)
  Cream of mushroom soup 14 Ounce (1 can)
  Roughly chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease casserole dish with cooking spray.

MAKING:

  1. Sprinkle rice into greased casserole dish and place chicken breast over it.
  2. Sprinkle onions, mushrooms and spinach over it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine water, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, pepper, salt and whisk well.
  4. Pour over casserole and cover with aluminium foil.
  5. Pop into oven and cook for 1-1 ½ hours.

SERVING:

  1. Serve warm and enjoy!
