Chicken With Lemon Cashews
|Boneless chicken breast||1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced thinly|
|Zest of lemon||1 Tablespoon|
|Salted cashews||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Snow peas||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon oil||2 Tablespoon|
Medium-high heat the pan.
Add lemon oil to the pan.
Add chicken, cook for a minute to each side.
Add snow peas, and lemon zest.
Stir them well, cook for a few minutes.
Add cashews, cook for a minute.
Turn off the heat.
Serve in a plate, enjoy.
