Chicken With Lemon Cashews

Chicken with Lemon Cashews and Snow Peas is a perfect dish for the American main course meal. This very easy and stir-fried Chicken with Lemon Cashews and Snow Peas recipe can be enjoyed without any accompaniment.
  Boneless chicken breast 1 1⁄2 Pound, sliced thinly
  Zest of lemon 1 Tablespoon
  Salted cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snow peas 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon oil 2 Tablespoon

Medium-high heat the pan.
Add lemon oil to the pan.
Add chicken, cook for a minute to each side.
Add snow peas, and lemon zest.
Stir them well, cook for a few minutes.
Add cashews, cook for a minute.
Turn off the heat.
Serve in a plate, enjoy.
