Snapper With Cashews
|Red snapper steaks/Other fish steaks||2 Pound|
|Soft bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped cashew nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Thaw frozen fish.
Cut fish into 6 portions.
Sprinkle with salt and arrange in greased 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter over fish.
Combine crumbs, nuts, seasoned salt, and pepper; add remaining melted butter.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish.
Bake at 350Â° till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 25 to 30 minutes.
