Cashew Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Raw cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kelp/Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Herb seasoning/Onion / garlic powder 1 Teaspoon (Powder Form)
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar/Juice of 2 lemons 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, combine the first five ingredients.
2) To this, gradually add 1 cup of salad oil and blend until smooth.
3) Then, with the blender running, add lemon juice or cider vinegar. Transfer to a container.

SERVING
4) Use the Cashew Mayonnaise as a dressing for fruit or vegetable salad.
