|Raw cashews||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Kelp/Sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Herb seasoning/Onion / garlic powder||1 Teaspoon (Powder Form)|
|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar/Juice of 2 lemons||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a blender, combine the first five ingredients.
2) To this, gradually add 1 cup of salad oil and blend until smooth.
3) Then, with the blender running, add lemon juice or cider vinegar. Transfer to a container.
4) Use the Cashew Mayonnaise as a dressing for fruit or vegetable salad.
