Cashew Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped softened
  Cashews 1 Ounce, ground (Roasted)
  Italian parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced (Flat Leaf)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender container, add all ingredients.
2) Process the ingredients to prepare a smooth mixture. Scrape down sides of container, if required.
3) Use a resealable plastic container to store the cashew butter inside the refrigerator.

SERVING
4) Serve the cashew butter with toasts.
