Baked Cashews

I love cashews and personally feel that add a great deal to the taste, texture and flavor of any dish. This baked cashews recipe is one such delight. Every moment of it is one you truly relish.
Ingredients
  Cashews 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

MAKING
2)Take a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan and spread cashews. Toast them lightly. Cool them.
3)In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4)Add sugar and salt and then add cashews.
5)In the same pan, melt butter and spread cashew mixture.
6)Bake for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

SERVING
7) Serve the cashews instantly.

TIPS
Cashews should be coated with meringue and all butter absorbed.
