|Cashews||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2)Take a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan and spread cashews. Toast them lightly. Cool them.
3)In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4)Add sugar and salt and then add cashews.
5)In the same pan, melt butter and spread cashew mixture.
6)Bake for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
7) Serve the cashews instantly.
Cashews should be coated with meringue and all butter absorbed.
