Orange Cashew Rice

Ingredients
  Orange juice 750 Milliliter
  Long grain rice 310 Milliliter
  Butter 20 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 30 Milliliter
  Grated orange peel 30 Milliliter (Or Zest)
  Unsalted cashew nuts 125 Milliliter, broken
Directions

MAKING
1) Allow orange juice to come to a boil.
2) Stir in rice and simmer, covered until rice absorbs the liquid.
3) Mix in rest of the ingredients.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
