Ingredients
  Whole wheat toast 2
  Cashew butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato slices 4
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Cucumber slice 4
  Tamari 1 Dash
Directions

Spread cashew butter on both slices of toast. Layer tomato, lettuce and cucumber on one slice. Drizzle a little tamari over filling. Top with other slice of toast.
