Cashew Masala

Ingredients
  Cashewnuts 200 Gram (Tender / Dried)
  Red chilies 6
  Peppercorns 4
  Cumin 1 Pinch
  Fennel 1 Pinch
  Turmeric 1 1⁄4 Pinch (1 Large Pinch)
  Garam masala 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 2
  Onion 1 Small
  Coconut 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Soak cashewnuts in hot water for 2 to 3 hours.
2. Grind the spices with onion and garlic.
3. Mix with soaked cashewnuts and cook till half done.
4. Slice coconut and cut slices into 1/2 cm. (1/4") pieces.
5. Add coconut and salt to cashewnuts and cook till cashewnuts arc tender and hardly any liquid remains.
6. Heat fat. Add curry leaves.
7. Add prepared cashews. Saute and remove.
