Snapper With Cashews

Ingredients
  Red snapper steaks/Other fish steaks 2 Pound (Fresh / Frozen)
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon, melted
  Soft bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs) (3 Slices)
  Chopped cashew nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Cut fish into 6 portions.
Sprinkle with salt and arrange in greased 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the butter over fish.
Combine crumbs, nuts, seasoned salt, and pepper; add remaining melted butter.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish.
Bake in 350° oven till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 25 to 30 minutes.
