Spicy Almonds And Cashews

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Whole blanched almonds 2 Cup (32 tbs), toasted light
  Raw cashews 2 Cup (32 tbs), toasted light (Available At Natural Foods Stores)
Directions

In a small heavy skillet melt the butter over moderately low heat, add the cumin, the chili powder, the cayenne, the salt, and the paprika, and cook the spices, stirring, for 30 seconds.
