Orange Cashew Cookies
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Orange peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange juice||3 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Cashews||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Preheat oven to 350°F Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until creamy.
Beat in egg, orange peel and juice until light and fluffy.
Mix in flour, baking soda and salt until well blended.
Stir in cashews.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
