Sweet Fried Cashews

Sweet Fried Cashews are easy to prepare and often a favorite for children. Try this yummy Sweet Fried Cashews. I am sure you will love munching on it, now and then!
Ingredients
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Honey 6 Tablespoon
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cashews 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Oil 6 Cup (96 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Mix sugar, honey and water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add cashews; mix well to coat with sauce.
Cook 5 minutes.
Remove cashews from saucepan with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Heat oil in a wok over high heat to 325°F (165°C).
Reduce heat to low.
Carefully lower cashews into hot oil with a slotted metal spoon.
Deep-fry 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown.
Remove cashews with slotted spoon.
Drain on paper towels.
Cashews will become crunchy as they cool.
