Carrots With Coriander
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Ground coriander||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||6 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Scrape carrots and slice using regular slicer blade of food processor.
Steam slices for 4 to 5 minutes.
Combine carrots with coriander and sherry.
When ready to serve, heat through.
Season with pepper and lemon juice to taste.
NOTE TO COOK: Steam carrots and mix with coriander and sherry at home, if desired, within an hour or two of going to party.
Carry to party in plastic container with tight fitting lid.
Carry remaining ingredients separately.
At party heat carrots and season with pepper and lemon juice just before serving.
