Ingredients
  Carrots 8 , cooked and cut lengthwise
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Dip carrots in egg; roll in bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Fry carrots until golden.
Place on serving platter.
Combine yogurt and salt; drizzle overt carrots.
Serve im-mediately.
