|Plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
Dip carrots in egg; roll in bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat.
Fry carrots until golden.
Place on serving platter.
Combine yogurt and salt; drizzle overt carrots.
