Orange-Buttered Carrots

Orange buttered carrots is a butter and orange flavored cooked carrot side dish that can be served with grilled fish or meat. Simply cooked in a microwave with butter, orange peels for flavor with salt and sugar, the orange buttered carrots are crispy and savory-sweet!
Ingredients
  Carrots 4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Orange peel 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cover and microwave carrots in 1 quart casserole or bowl 5 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until carrots are tender, 5 to 6 minutes; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients
