Glazed Carrots And Onions

Ingredients
  Small carrots 1 Dozen
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Small white onions 1 Dozen
  Honey seasoned stock 3 Tablespoon (To Cover)
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cover carrots and onions with stock.
Simmer gently until tender.
Arrange vegetables in oiled casserole, reserving stock for soup.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour mixture over vegetables.
Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes.
