|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely grated|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add sugar; blend well.
Remove from heat; let cool.
Beat in egg, then flour, baking powder, salt, and carrots.
Pour into greased 8 inch-square pan.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 350Â°F toaster oven preheated for 2 minutes.
