Glazed Carrots

This refreshing and novel Glazed Carrots recipe is simply brilliant. Glazed Carrots is perfect for a vegetarian themed party or otherwise! Try it for yourself!
Ingredients
  Carrots 12 Small, trimmed
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook prepared carrots in small amount of boiling salted water 10 minutes.
When tender, drain and set aside.
Melt margarine in medium skillet.
Add sugar and honey; when blended, put in carrots.
Cook 3 or 4 minutes over low heat, stirring so that each carrot is glazed.
Sprinkle with fresh mint; serve.
