|Carrots||12 Small, trimmed|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Cook prepared carrots in small amount of boiling salted water 10 minutes.
When tender, drain and set aside.
Melt margarine in medium skillet.
Add sugar and honey; when blended, put in carrots.
Cook 3 or 4 minutes over low heat, stirring so that each carrot is glazed.
Sprinkle with fresh mint; serve.
