Carrots With Sesame Oil

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili garlic sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Roasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon (White Seeds)
  Ice water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use As Needed)
Directions

Soak carrots in ice water until crisp.
Season with chilli-garlic sauce, sesame oil.
Arrange carrots in a serving plate, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve
