Carrots with Sesame Oil

|Thinly sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili garlic sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Roasted sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon (White Seeds)|
|Ice water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use As Needed)|
Soak carrots in ice water until crisp.
Season with chilli-garlic sauce, sesame oil.
Arrange carrots in a serving plate, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve
