Tarragon Carrots And Broccoli
|Broccoli flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diagonally sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried tarragon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cook broccoli in a vegetable steamer over boiling water 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Set aside, and keep warm.
Cook carrots and tarragon in a small amount of boiling water 8 minutes or just until carrots are tender.
Combine carrots, broccoli, and margarine in a small bowl; toss lightly until margarine melts.
