Carrots And Grapes Supreme
|Belgium carrots||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|White grapes||1⁄2 Pound|
|Cointreau||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Don't waste this on general family eating unless you feed gourmets.
It's definitely party fare.
After carrots are drained and grapes rinsed, place them between paper towels until very dry.
Melt margarine in medium-size skillet.
Add Cointreau, carrots, and grapes.
Simmer together 10 minutes.
Serve with a proud flourish.
