Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 12 Medium, cut into 2 inch pieces (and 1)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice carrots in a food processor.
Saute carrots in butter in a medium saucepan about 5 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over carrots, and cook over medium-high heat 15 minutes or until the liquid evaporates.
