Honey Kissed Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, scraped (and cut into 12 inch)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine carrots and water in a medium saucepan; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, over medium heat an additional 10 minutes or until carrots are glazed, stirring occasionally.
