Honeyed Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 3 Medium
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut carrots in about 1-inch lengths, then run through the large disc of the food grinder; or use the steel blade in a food processor and chop coarsely; or slice on the bias. Cook, covered, in boiling water until just tender-crisp, about 15 minutes; drain well. Add butter and honey, and toss lightly until carrots are evenly coated. Keep warm on low heat until ready to serve.
