Sweet Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 6 Medium
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioners' sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by slicing the carrots into paper-thin rounds

2. Take a heavy-duty aluminum foil and butter it, place the carrot slices in the foil and dot with the remaining butter and seal the packet

3. Serve with pickle or a sauce of your choice
