Special Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, scraped and diagonally sliced
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chablis/Other dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Dried whole dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and boil covered and simmer for 10-12 minutes

SERVING
2. Serve with sauce
