Zesty Carrots

Ingredients
  Medium carrots 1 1⁄2 Pound, scraped (7 In Number)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Horseradish sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fine dry breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Small Amount)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 375° F
2. Cut the carrots into 2 1/2 x 1/4 inch strips

MAKING
2. In a pot, pour boiling water and cook carrots in it for 5 minutes
3, In a shallow 1/2 quart casserole, add carrots, and combine mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, onion, salt and pepper and mix it properly, spread evenly over carrots
4. Also combine the breadcrumbs and butter
5. Sprinkle it over the mayonnaise mixture, later sprinkle with paprika
6. Finally bake at 375° for 15 minutes

SERVING
7. Serve with roast beef
