Carrots With Coriander
|Whole carrots/8 ounce thinly sliced carrots-1 1/2 cup||8 Ounce|
|Ground coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a heavy bottomed pot cook the carrots with coriander, sherry and pepper for 4-6 minutes or until the carrots are done.
2. Take it out on a serving plate sprinkle with lemon juice and serve hot.
