Carrots with Coriander

Ingredients
  Whole carrots/8 ounce thinly sliced carrots-1 1/2 cup 8 Ounce
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy bottomed pot cook the carrots with coriander, sherry and pepper for 4-6 minutes or until the carrots are done.

SERVING
2. Take it out on a serving plate sprinkle with lemon juice and serve hot.
